Remembering to meditate and stretch out my back today … working towards making that a bigger priority.
One of the best weekends I’ve had in a long time… And I’m bringing that energy into my Monday! Although seemingly unrelated, it also inspired me to give meditating another go. It’s not my strong suit but it’s getting better and I’m feeling more connected with myself❤️

Starting my day off right! Getting my greens! 😋 The recipe if you’re interested: 1/2 frozen banana, handful of kale, handful of spinach, almond milk, a couple berries for added sweetness. Blend it up and you’re good to go! Honestly it tastes like banana more than anything and you get a whole lot of vitamins!
Broadening the studios in my Pilates repertoire, and I loved it! Plus I really dig the decor! 💕
